Supporting mums to feel more like themselves again, and move through life in a calmer, more connected way

Offering online therapy sessions throughout Australia

Family life can be beautiful, meaningful, messy, exhausting, and overwhelming all at once.

Many of the women I work with come to therapy feeling like they are carrying too much for too long. They may feel emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or unsure why things at home feel so hard right now.

Often, they are the ones carrying the emotional load of the family.

The ones trying to keep everything going.

The ones thinking about everyone else first.

The ones trying to hold everything together while slowly losing space for themselves.

Sometimes women reach out because their child is struggling.

Sometimes because there is more conflict at home.

Sometimes because they feel disconnected from their partner, more reactive than they want to be, or simply not like themselves anymore.

Underneath that, there is often something deeper.

Pressure. Guilt. Emotional overload. Constant responsibility. The feeling of always needing to keep going, even when you are exhausted.

My work is centred around supporting women through the emotional realities of motherhood and family life, while helping them reconnect with themselves again in the middle of it all.

Not perfectly.

Not by doing more.

But by slowing down enough to understand what is really happening underneath everything they have been carrying.

My approach

I do not believe mental health can be separated from real life.

Your relationships, family dynamics, responsibilities, stress, environment, finances, emotional load, and daily pressures all affect how you feel. That is why I always try to understand the full picture of someone’s life, not only one isolated issue.

I see therapy as a partnership. My work brings together social work, child development, neuroscience, family dynamics, and lived experience as both a woman and a mother.

One of the biggest parts of my work is helping women reconnect with themselves again.

Not by adding more pressure or more information, but by helping them understand what may be happening underneath the overwhelm, frustration, guilt, exhaustion, or disconnection they are experiencing right now.

Sessions with me are relaxed, and conversational. I want therapy to feel warm and emotionally safe. A space where you can say the real thing, whatever that is, without fear of judgment.

I am a social worker and therapist who works with women navigating motherhood, family life, relationships, overwhelm, and identity changes.

A lot of the women I work with have spent so long taking care of everyone else that they no longer really know what they need, how they feel, or how to slow down.

My role is not to judge, blame, or tell you there is one perfect way to do family life.

I am here to listen closely, help you better understand what may be happening underneath the surface, and support you toward life feeling calmer, lighter, and more connected again.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you come. You only need a place to begin.
